Placing an Order Through our Website

To order a product or service please contact us with details of your order using the details on our contact page.

When confirmation of the order is received by you, this indicates that we have received your order and that it will be completed and sent to you together with an invoice. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Costs (Where Applicable)

UK Mainland – £2.95

Overseas delivery is subject to quote before we send.

Delivery Schedule

We will always aim to deliver your order within two working days. In the case of some services there maybe preparation time involved before delivery which, if significant or different from publicised delivery times, will be notified to you.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy

Unsuitable products can be returned within 21 days of the date of purchase and the original proof of purchase must be included (i.e. delivery note or invoice). We will then refund the cost of the product, however the original delivery costs will not be refunded.
